4 For ^sit is impossible, in the case of those who have once been ^tenlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, and ^uhave shared in the Holy Spirit,

32 But recall the former days when, after you were ^eenlightened, you ^fendured a hard struggle with sufferings,

17 For you say, ^y“I am rich, I have prospered, and I need nothing,” not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. 18 I counsel you to ^zbuy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself ^aand the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see.

18 to ^kopen their eyes, so that they may turn from ^ldarkness to ^mlight and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’
