Deuteronomy 32:35

35  zVengeance is mine, and recompense,1

afor the time when their foot shall slip;

for bthe day of their calamity is at hand,

and their doom comes swiftly.


Deuteronomy 32:41

41  if I lsharpen my flashing sword1

and my hand takes hold on judgment,

I will take vengeance on my adversaries

and will repay those who hate me.


Deuteronomy 32:43

43  oRejoice with him, O heavens;1

bow down to him, all gods,2

for he pavenges the blood of his children3

and takes vengeance on his adversaries.

He repays those who hate him4

and cleanses5 his people’s land.6


Isaiah 35:4

Say to those who have an anxious heart,

Be strong; fear not!
