21  He ^tchanges ^utimes and seasons;

^vhe removes kings and sets up kings;

he gives wisdom to the wise

and knowledge to those who have understanding;

25  ^oHe shall speak words against the Most High,

and shall wear out the saints of the Most High,

and shall think to ^pchange the times and the law;

and they shall be given into his hand

^qfor a time, times, and half a time.
