4 For ^eChrist is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.¹

4 But ^dwhen the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, ^eborn ^fof woman, born ^gunder the law, 5 ^hto redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive ⁱadoption as sons.

17 ^kThese are a shadow of the things to come, but ^lthe substance belongs to Christ.

1 For since the law has but ^va shadow ^wof the good things to come instead of the true form of these realities, ^xit can never, by the same sacrifices that are continually offered every year, make perfect those who draw near.
