20 And the Lord said to Aaron, “You shall have ^sno inheritance in their land, neither shall you have any portion among them. ^tI am your portion and your inheritance among the people of Israel.

18 We will not ^preturn to our homes until each of the people of Israel has gained his inheritance. 19 For we will not inherit with them on the other side of the Jordan and beyond, because ^qour inheritance has come to us on this side of the Jordan to the east.”

54 You shall inherit the land ^fby lot according to your clans. ^gTo a large tribe you shall give a large inheritance, and to a small tribe you shall give a small inheritance. Wherever the lot falls for anyone, that shall be his. According to the tribes of your fathers you shall inherit.

2 “Command the people of Israel, and say to them, When you enter the land of Canaan (this is the land that shall fall to you for an inheritance, the land of ^jCanaan as defined by its borders),
