7 Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, ^v“To your offspring I will give this land.” So he built there an altar to the Lord, who had appeared to him.

15 for all the land that you see I will give ^pto you and ^qto your offspring forever. 16 ^rI will make your offspring as the dust of the earth, so that if one can count the dust of the earth, your offspring also can be counted.

3 And Abram said, “Behold, you have given me no offspring, and ^ea member of my household will be my heir.”

5 And he brought him outside and said, “Look toward heaven, and ^gnumber the stars, if you are able to number them.” Then he said to him, ^h“So shall your offspring be.”

13 Then the Lord said to Abram, “Know for certain ^qthat your offspring will be sojourners in a land that is not theirs and will be servants there, and ^rthey will be afflicted for ^sfour hundred years.

18 On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, ^y“To your offspring I give¹ this land, from ^zthe river of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates,

7 And I will ^vestablish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, ^wto be God to you and to your offspring after you. 8 And ^xI will give to you and to your offspring after you the land of your sojournings, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession, and ^yI will be their God.”

9 And God said to Abraham, “As for you, you shall keep my covenant, you and your offspring after you throughout their generations. 10 This is my covenant, which you shall keep, between me and you and your offspring after you: Every male among you shall be circumcised.

12 He who is ^aeight days old among you shall be circumcised. Every male throughout your generations, whether born in your house or ^bbought with your money from any foreigner who is not of your offspring,

19 God said, “No, but ^gSarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name ^hIsaac.¹ I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his offspring after him.

12 But God said to Abraham, “Be not displeased because of the boy and because of your slave woman. Whatever Sarah says to you, do as she tells you, for ^xthrough Isaac shall your offspring be named.

17 I will surely bless you, and I will surely multiply your offspring ^tas the stars of heaven and ^uas the sand that is on the seashore. And your offspring shall possess ^vthe gate of his¹ enemies, 18 and ^win your offspring shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, ^xbecause you have obeyed my voice.”

60 And they blessed Rebekah and said to her,

3 ^ySojourn in this land, and ^zI will be with you and will bless you, for ^ato you and to your offspring I will give all these lands, and I will establish ^bthe oath that I swore to Abraham your father. 4 ^cI will multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven and will give to your offspring all these lands. And ^din your offspring all the nations of the earth shall be blessed,

24 And the Lord appeared to him the same night and said, ^o“I am the God of Abraham your father. ^pFear not, for ^qI am with you and will bless you and multiply your offspring for my servant Abraham’s sake.”

14 Your offspring shall be like ^wthe dust of the earth, and you shall spread abroad to the west and to the east and to the north and to the south, and in you and ^xyour offspring shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

12 But ^dyou said, ‘I will surely do you good, and make your offspring as the sand of the sea, which cannot be numbered for multitude.’”

12 ^rThe land that I gave to Abraham and Isaac I will give to you, and I will give the land to your offspring after you.”

6 They also took their livestock and their goods, which they had gained in the land of Canaan, and ^ocame into Egypt, Jacob and all his offspring with him, 7 his sons, and his sons’ sons with him, his daughters, and his sons’ daughters. All his offspring he brought with him into Egypt.

4 and said to me, ‘Behold, I will make you fruitful and multiply you, and I will make of you a company of peoples and will give this land to your offspring after you ^bfor an everlasting possession.’

11 And Israel said to Joseph, ^j“I never expected to see your face; and behold, God has let me see your offspring also.”

19 But his father refused and said, ^r“I know, my son, I know. He also shall become a people, and he also shall be great. Nevertheless, ^shis younger brother shall be greater than he, and his offspring shall become a multitude¹ of nations.”
