22 At that time ^cAbimelech and Phicol the commander of his army said to Abraham, ^d“God is with you in all that you do.

28 They said, “We see plainly that the Lord has been with you. So we said, let there be a sworn pact between us, between you and us, and let us make a covenant with you,

5 and said to them, ^c“I see that your father does not regard me with favor as he did before. But the God of my father ^dhas been with me.

3 Then let us arise and go up to Bethel, so that I may make there an altar to the God ^gwho answers me in the day of my distress and ^hhas been with me wherever I have gone.”

21 Then Israel said to Joseph, “Behold, I am about to die, but ^uGod will be with you and will bring you again to the land of your fathers.
