10 ^fYou shall stone him to death with stones, because he sought to draw you away from the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.

5 then you shall bring out to your gates that man or woman who has done this evil thing, and you ^pshall stone that man or woman to death with stones.

21 then they shall bring out the young woman to the door of her father’s house, and ^bthe men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has ^cdone an outrageous thing in Israel by whoring in her father’s house. ^dSo you shall purge the evil from your midst.

24 then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and you shall stone them to death with stones, the young woman because she did not cry for help though she was in the city, and the man because he violated his neighbor’s wife. ^dSo you shall purge the evil from your midst.

66 Your life shall hang in doubt before you. Night and day you shall be in dread and have no assurance of your life. 67 ^yIn the morning you shall say, ‘If only it were evening!’ and at evening you shall say, ‘If only it were morning!’ because of the dread that your heart shall feel, and ^zthe sights that your eyes shall see.
