32 And we are ^uwitnesses to these things, ^vand so is the Holy Spirit, ^wwhom God has given to those who obey him.”

10 But they ^rcould not withstand the wisdom and the Spirit with which he was speaking.

17 So Ananias departed and entered the house. And ^playing his hands on him he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus who appeared to you on the road by which you came has sent me so that you may regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” 18 And immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he regained his sight. Then he rose and was baptized; 19 and taking food, he was strengthened.

For some days he was with the disciples at Damascus.

9 But Saul, who was also called Paul, ^rfilled with the Holy Spirit, looked intently at him 10 and said, “You ^sson of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, full of all deceit and villainy, will you not stop making ^tcrooked the straight paths of the Lord? 11 And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon you, and you will be blind and unable to see the sun for a time.” Immediately mist and darkness fell upon him, and he went about seeking people to ^ulead him by the hand.

25 He had been instructed in the way of the Lord. And being fervent in spirit,¹ he spoke and taught accurately the things concerning Jesus, though he knew only the ⁿbaptism of John.
