1 In the first book, O ^aTheophilus, I have dealt with all that Jesus began ^bto do and teach, 2 until the day when ^che was taken up, after he ^dhad given commands ^ethrough the Holy Spirit to the apostles whom he had chosen.

3 So they remained for a long time, speaking boldly for ^ethe Lord, who bore witness to ^fthe word of his grace, ^ggranting signs and wonders to be done by their hands.

12 And all the assembly fell silent, and they listened to Barnabas and Paul ^fas they related what signs and wonders God had done through them among the Gentiles.
