13 No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

7 So to keep me from becoming conceited because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations,^{1 e}a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to harass me, to keep me from becoming conceited.

13 so that ^xhe may ^yestablish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father, at the ^zcoming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.

23 Now may the God of peace himself ^jsanctify you completely, and may your ^kwhole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the ^lcoming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 He who calls you is faithful; ^mhe will surely do it.
