Him Whom They Have Pierced

10 “And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and ^qpleas for mercy, so that, when ^rthey look on me, on him whom they have pierced, ^sthey shall mourn for him, as one mourns ^tfor an only child, and weep bitterly over him, as one weeps over a firstborn.

18 ^ppraying ^qat all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, ^rkeep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,

16 And I will ask the Father, and he will ^sgive you another ^tHelper,¹ to be with you forever,
