23 But the words “it was counted to him” were not written for his sake alone, 24 but ⁿfor ours also. It will be counted to us who believe in ^ohim who raised from the dead Jesus our Lord,

4 For whatever was written in former days ^ywas written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

11 Now these things happened to them as an example, but they were written down for our instruction, on whom the end of the ages has come.
