17 He also measured its wall, 144 cubits¹ by ^jhuman measurement, which is also ^kan angel’s measurement.

11 (For ^qonly Og the king of Bashan was left of the remnant of ^rthe Rephaim. Behold, his bed was a bed of iron. Is it not in ^sRabbah of the Ammonites? Nine cubits¹ was its length, and four cubits its breadth, according to the ^tcommon cubit.²)

4 And ^aI heard the number of the sealed, 144,000, sealed from every tribe of the sons of Israel:

18 ^tThis calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number ^uof a man, and his number is 666.¹

3 and they were singing ^da new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and before the elders. ^eNo one could learn that song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth.

The New Jerusalem

9 Then came ^xone of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of ^ythe seven last plagues and spoke to me, saying, “Come, I will show you ^zthe Bride, the wife of the Lamb.”
