19  Let not those rejoice over me

who are wrongfully my foes,

and let not those ^gwink the eye

13  ^rwinks with his eyes, signals¹ with his feet,

^spoints with his finger,

30  Whoever ^mwinks his eyes plans¹ dishonest things;

he who purses his lips brings evil to pass.
