14  And he sent out his arrows and scattered them;

he flashed forth lightnings and routed them.

17  ⁱThe clouds poured out water;

the skies gave forth thunder;

your ^jarrows flashed on every side.

11  ^qThe sun and moon stood still in their place

at the light of your arrows as they sped,

at the flash of your ^rglittering spear.

14  Then the Lord will appear over them,

and his arrow will go forth like lightning;

the Lord God will sound the trumpet

and will march forth in the whirlwinds of the south.
