19 The Lord has cestablished his throne in the heavens,
and his dkingdom rules over all.
3 dOur God is in the heavens;
ehe does all that he pleases.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
in your jbook were written, every one of them,
the days that were formed for me,
when as yet there was none of them.
9 yThe heart of man plans his way,
but zthe Lord establishes his steps.
5 i“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
and before you were born jI consecrated you;
I appointed you a prophet kto the nations.”
6 and said, “O Lord, God of our fathers, are you not nGod in heaven? You orule over all the kingdoms of the nations. pIn your hand are power and might, so that none is able to withstand you.
15 But when he cwho had set me apart dbefore I was born,1 and who ecalled me by his grace,
26 And xhe made from one man every nation of mankind to live yon all the face of the earth, zhaving determined allotted periods and athe boundaries of their dwelling place,
