19  The Lord has ^cestablished his throne in the heavens,

and his ^dkingdom rules over all.

33  ^kThe lot is cast into the lap,

but its every decision is ^lfrom the Lord.

6  ^mIs a trumpet blown in a city,

and the people are not afraid?

ⁿDoes disaster come to a city,

unless the Lord has done it?

5  ^xI am the Lord, and there is no other,

besides me there is no God;

^yI equip you, though you do not know me,

6  ^zthat people may know, from the rising of the sun

and from the west, that there is none besides me;

I am the Lord, and there is no other.

7  I form light and create darkness;

I make well-being and ^acreate calamity;

I am the Lord, who does all these things.

35  ^rall the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing,

and ^she does according to his will among the host of heaven

and among the inhabitants of the earth;

^tand none can stay his hand

or ^usay to him, “What have you done?”
