Psalm 127:3–5; Matthew 18:6; Matthew 19:14; Mark 10:14

Behold, bchildren are a heritage from the Lord,

cthe fruit of the womb a reward.

Like arrows in the hand of da warrior

are the children1 of one's youth.

Blessed is the man

who fills his quiver with them!

He shall not be put to shame

when he speaks with his enemies ein the gate.2

but zwhoever causes one of these alittle ones who believe in me to sin,1 it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.

14 but Jesus said, gLet the little children hcome to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.

14 But when Jesus saw it, he was indignant and said to them, oLet the children come to me; pdo not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.
