21  The wicked borrows but does not pay back,

but the righteous is generous and gives;

9  ^xHe has distributed freely; he has given to the poor;

his righteousness endures forever;

his horn is exalted in honor.

17  ^uWhoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord,

and he will ^vrepay him for his deed.
