Psalm 130:3; 1 Kings 8:46; Job 9:2; Job 15:14; Job 25:4; Ecclesiastes 7:20; Romans 3:23; 1 Corinthians 4:4

If you, O Lord, should fmark iniquities,

O Lord, who could gstand?

46 If they sin against youjfor there is no one who does not sinand you are angry with them and give them to an enemy, so that they are carried away captive kto the land of the enemy, far off or near,

Truly I know that it is so:

But how can a man be zin the right before God?

14  eWhat is man, fthat he can be pure?

Or he who is gborn of a woman, that he can be righteous?

How then can man be rin the right before God?

How can he who is sborn of woman be tpure?

20 Surely jthere is not a righteous man on earth who does good and never sins.

23 for fall have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

oFor I am not aware of anything against myself, pbut I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.
