23  For the commandment is a ^elamp and the teaching a light,

and the ^freproofs of ^gdiscipline are the way of life,

10  ^oTake my ^pinstruction instead of ^qsilver,

and knowledge rather than choice gold,

17  Whoever heeds ^finstruction is on the path to life,

but he who rejects reproof leads others astray.

20  Listen to advice and accept ^yinstruction,

that you may gain wisdom in the future.

23  ^rBuy truth, and do not sell it;

buy wisdom, ^sinstruction, and understanding.
