Proverbs 4:19
19 The way of the wicked is like deep darkness;
they do not know over what they stumble.
Jeremiah 23:12
12 Therefore their way shall be to them
like slippery paths in the darkness,
into which they shall be driven and fall,
for I will bring disaster upon them
in the year of their punishment,
declares the Lord.
John 11:9–10
9 Jesus answered, “Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world. 10 But if anyone walks in the night, he stumbles, because the olight is not in him.”
