7  ^kThe fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge;

fools despise wisdom and ^linstruction.

12  and you say, “How I ^zhated ^adiscipline,

and my heart ^bdespised reproof!

23  He dies for lack of discipline,

and because of his great folly he is led astray.

18  Poverty and ^odisgrace come to him who ^pignores instruction,

but whoever ^qheeds reproof is honored.

32  Whoever ^dignores ^einstruction despises himself,

but he who listens to reproof ^fgains intelligence.
