1 Therefore, my brothers,1 whom I love and jlong for, kmy joy and lcrown, mstand firm thus in the Lord, my beloved.
11 My foot chas held fast to his steps;
I have kept his way and have dnot turned aside.
28 For the Lord qloves justice;
he will not forsake his rsaints.
They are preserved forever,
but the children of the wicked shall be scut off.
7 The Lord will akeep you from all evil;
he will akeep your life.
38 dbut my righteous one shall live by faith,
and if he shrinks back,
my soul has no pleasure in him.β
39 But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who have faith and preserve their souls.
19 eThey went out from us, but they were not of us; for fif they had been of us, they would have continued with us. But they went out, gthat it might become plain that they all are not of us.
The Truth Will Set You Free
31 So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, cβIf you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples,
13 rBut the one who endures to the end will be saved.
13 zBe watchful, astand firm in the faith, bact like men, cbe strong.
11 gI am coming soon. hHold fast what you have, so that no one may seize iyour crown.
5 sThe one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never tblot his name out of uthe book of life. vI will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.
