15 And when Aaron and his sons have finished covering the sanctuary and all the furnishings of the sanctuary, ^kas the camp sets out, after that the sons of Kohath shall come to carry these, but they must not touch the holy things, lest they ^ldie. These are the things of the tent of meeting that the sons of Kohath are to carry.

9 But to the sons of Kohath he gave none, because ^bthey were charged with the service of the holy things that had to be carried ^con the shoulder.

3 and commanded the people, “As soon as you see the ⁱark of the covenant of the Lord your God being ^jcarried by the Levitical priests, then you shall set out from your place and follow it.

2 Then David said that no one but the Levites may ^scarry the ark of God, for the Lord had chosen them to carry the ark of the Lord and to minister to him forever.

15 And the Levites carried the ark of God on their shoulders with the poles, ^xas Moses had commanded according to the word of the Lord.
