17 And whenever the cloud ^tlifted from over the tent, after that the people of Israel set out, and in the place where the cloud settled down, there the people of Israel camped.

19 you ^jin your great mercies did not forsake them in the wilderness. ^kThe pillar of cloud to lead them in the way did not depart from them by day, ^knor the pillar of fire by night to light for them the way by which they should go.
