41 And ^kJair the son of Manasseh went and captured their villages, and called them Havvoth-jair.¹

22 And Segub fathered Jair, who had twenty-three cities in the land of Gilead. 23 ^wBut Geshur and Aram took from them Havvoth-jair, Kenath, and its villages, sixty towns. All these were descendants of Machir, the father of Gilead.
