38 Balaam said to Balak, “Behold, I have come to you! Have I now any power of my own to speak anything? hThe word that God puts in my mouth, that must I speak.”
5 And the Lord nput a word in Balaam’s mouth and said, “Return to Balak, and thus you shall speak.”
12 And he answered and said, y“Must I not take care to speak what the Lord puts in my mouth?”
16 And the Lord met Balaam and bput a word in his mouth and said, “Return to Balak, and thus shall you speak.”
18 fI will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers. jAnd I will put my words in his mouth, and khe shall speak to them all that I command him.
3 Go to the king and speak thus to him.” So Joab xput the words in her mouth.
19 The king said, “Is the hand of Joab with you in all this?” The woman answered and said, n“As surely as you live, my lord the king, one cannot turn to the right hand or to the left from anything that my lord the king has said. It was your servant Joab who commanded me; oit was he who put all these words in the mouth of your servant.
16 lAnd I have put my words in your mouth
mand covered you in the shadow of my hand,
and olaying the foundations of the earth,
and saying to Zion, ‘You are my people.’”
