Christ Came to Fulfill the Law

17 “Do not think that I have come to ^uabolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to ^vfulfill them.

13 and ^tthey set up false witnesses who said, “This man never ceases to speak words against ^uthis holy place and the law,

13 saying, “This man is persuading people to worship God contrary to the law.”

28 crying out, “Men of Israel, help! This is the man who is teaching everyone everywhere against the people and the law and ^qthis place. Moreover, he even brought Greeks into the temple and has defiled this holy place.”

31 ^kDo we then overthrow the law by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we uphold the law.
