Jesus Calls the First Disciples
18 uWhile walking by the vSea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon (who is called Peter) and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen.
16 Simon Peter replied, d“You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
18 And I tell you, you are Peter, and fon this grock1 I will hbuild my church, and the igates of hell2 shall not prevail against it.
