11 And when the Pharisees saw this, they said to his disciples, “Why does your teacher ^teat with tax collectors and sinners?”

19 The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, ‘Look at him! A glutton and a drunkard, a ^qfriend of tax collectors and sinners!’ ^rYet wisdom is justified by her deeds.”¹

2 And the Pharisees and the scribes grumbled, saying, “This man receives sinners and ^xeats with them.”
