44 Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not ^tspurn them, neither will I abhor them ^uso as to destroy them utterly and break my covenant with them, for I am the Lord their God.

31 For the Lord your God is a ⁱmerciful God. He will not leave you or destroy you or forget the covenant with your fathers that he swore to them.

23 But the Lord was gracious to them and had compassion on them, and he turned toward them, because of ^hhis covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not destroy them, nor has he cast them from his presence until now.

31 Nevertheless, in your great mercies you ^cdid not make an end of them or forsake them, for you are a gracious and merciful God.
