Leviticus 26:22

22 And dI will let loose the wild beasts against you, which shall bereave you of your children and destroy your livestock and make you few in number, so that eyour roads shall be deserted.


Isaiah 33:8

sThe highways lie waste;

the traveler ceases.

tCovenants are broken;

cities1 are despised;

there is no regard for man.


Lamentations 1:4

The roads to Zion mourn,

for none come to lthe festival;

mall her gates are desolate;

her priests ngroan;

her virgins have been afflicted,1

and she herself suffers bitterly.
