20 And ^tyou shall not lie sexually with your neighbor’s wife and so make yourself unclean with her.

22 ^o“If a man is found lying with the wife of another man, both of them shall die, the man who lay with the woman, and the woman. So you shall purge the evil from Israel.

23 because they have done an outrageous thing in Israel, they have committed adultery with their neighbors’ wives, ^wand they have spoken in my name lying words that I did not command them. I am the one who knows, and I am witness, declares the Lord.’”

6 if he does not ^zeat upon the mountains or ^alift up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, does not defile his ^bneighbor’s wife or ^capproach a woman in her time of menstrual impurity,

11 One commits abomination with his ^uneighbor’s wife; another lewdly defiles his ^vdaughter-in-law; another in you violates his ^wsister, his father’s daughter.

26 You rely on the sword, you commit abominations, and each of you defiles his neighbor’s wife; shall you then possess the land?
