Leviticus 10:17

17 tWhy have you not eaten the sin offering in the place of the sanctuary, since oit is a thing most holy and has been given to you that you may bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before the Lord?


Numbers 18:1

Duties of Priests and Levites

So the Lord said to Aaron, You and your sons and your father’s house with you shall qbear iniquity connected with the sanctuary, rand you and your sons with you shall bear iniquity connected with your priesthood.


Isaiah 53:11

11  Out of the anguish of his soul he shall see1 and be satisfied;

by his knowledge shall bthe righteous one, my servant,

cmake many to be accounted righteous,

dand he shall bear their iniquities.
