25 And he said to them, “O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken! 26 Was it not necessary that the Christ should ^bsuffer these things and enter into his ^cglory?” 27 And beginning with ^dMoses and all the ^eProphets, he interpreted to them ^fin all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.

44 Then he said to them, ^p“These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the Law of ^qMoses and the ^rProphets and the ^sPsalms must be fulfilled.”
