Leviticus 20:27

27 xA man or a woman who is a medium or a necromancer shall surely be put to death. They shall be ystoned with stones; ztheir blood shall be upon them.


Leviticus 19:31

31 fDo not turn to mediums or necromancers; do not seek them out, and so make yourselves unclean by them: I am the Lord your God.


Leviticus 20:6

If ua person turns to mediums and necromancers, whoring after them, vI will set my face against that person and will cut him off from among his people.


Exodus 22:18

18 lYou shall not permit a sorceress to live.


Deuteronomy 18:10–12

10 There shall not be found among you anyone xwho burns his son or his daughter as an offering,1 anyone who ypractices divination or ztells fortunes or interprets omens, or aa sorcerer 11 or a charmer or ba medium or a necromancer or cone who inquires of the dead, 12 dfor whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord. Provision for Priests and Levites

The Levitical priests, all the tribe of Levi, nshall have no portion or inheritance with Israel. They oshall eat the Lord’s food offerings1 as their2 inheritance.

Then Saul said to his servants, rSeek out for me a woman who is a medium, that I may go to her and inquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a medium at sEn-dor.

So Saul tdisguised himself and put on other garments and went, he and two men with him. And they came to the woman by night. And he said, uDivine for me by a spirit and bring up for me whomever I shall name to you. The woman said to him, Surely you know what Saul has done, lhow he has cut off the mediums and the necromancers from the land. Why then are you laying a trap for my life to bring about my death?
