7 If at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom, that I will ^wpluck up and break down and destroy it,

28 And it shall come to pass that ^jas I have watched over them ^kto pluck up and break down, to overthrow, destroy, and bring harm, ^jso I will watch over them ^lto build and to plant, declares the Lord.
