12  Behold, he snatches away; ^swho can turn him back?

^tWho will say to him, ^u‘What are you doing?’

10  If he passes through and imprisons

and summons the court, ^qwho can turn him back?

13  But he is unchangeable,¹ and ^dwho can turn him back?

What he desires, that he does.

27  For the Lord of hosts has purposed,

and who will annul it?

His hand is stretched out,

and ^gwho will turn it back?
