4  For ^fyou say, ‘My ^gdoctrine is pure,

and I am clean in God’s¹ eyes.’

2  May ^mmy teaching drop as the rain,

my speech distill as the dew,

like gentle rain upon the tender grass,

and ⁿlike showers upon the herb.

2  for I give you good ^hprecepts;

do not forsake my teaching.

24  And those ^mwho go astray in spirit will come to understanding,

and those who murmur will accept instruction.”
