John 3:29; John 16:24; John 17:13; 1 John 1:4; 2 John 12

29 iThe one who has the bride is the bridegroom. jThe friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, krejoices greatly at the bridegroom's voice. Therefore this joy of mine is now complete.

24 Until now you have asked nothing in my name. sAsk, and you will receive, tthat your joy may be full.

13 But now aI am coming to you, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have bmy joy fulfilled in themselves.

And we are writing these things so kthat our1 joy may be complete.

Final Greetings

12 tThough I have much to write to you, I would rather not use paper and ink. uInstead I hope to come to you and talk face to face, vso that our joy may be complete.
