13 who were ^wborn, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been ^yborn of God and knows God.

Overcoming the World

1 ^mEveryone who believes that ⁿJesus is the Christ has been born of God, and ^oeveryone who ^ploves the Father loves whoever has been born of him.

4 For everyone who has been born of God ^tovercomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.

18 We know that ^geveryone who has been born of God does not keep on sinning, but he who was born of God protects him, and the evil one does not touch him.
