12 So speak and so act as those who are to be judged under the ⁱlaw of liberty.

4 Yet because of false brothers ^rsecretly brought in—who slipped in to spy out our ^sfreedom that we have in Christ Jesus, so that they might ^tbring us into ^uslavery—

Christ Has Set Us Free

1 For freedom Christ has set us ^tfree; ^ustand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a ^vyoke of ^wslavery.

13 For you were called to ⁿfreedom, brothers. ^oOnly do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love ^pserve one another.

16 Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-up for evil, but ^sliving as servants¹ of God.

19 They promise them freedom, but they themselves are ⁿslaves¹ of corruption. For whatever overcomes a person, to that he is enslaved.

32 and you will ⁿknow the truth, and the truth will set you ^ofree.”
