10 And the elders of Gilead said to Jephthah, iThe Lord will be witness between us, if we do not do as you say.


And he said to them, The Lord is witness against you, and rhis anointed is witness this day, that you have not found anything tin my hand. And they said, He is witness.


Then they said to Jeremiah, iMay the Lord be a true and jfaithful witness against us kif we do not act according to all the word lwith which the Lord your God sends you to us.


The Coming Destruction

eHear, you peoples, all of you;1

fpay attention, O earth, and all that is in it,

and glet the Lord God be a witness against you,

hthe Lord from his holy temple.


19  Even now, behold, my ewitness is in heaven,

and he who testifies for me is fon high.
