10  But none says, ‘Where is God my Maker,

who gives songs in the ^lnight,

4  ^eBe angry,¹ and do not sin;

ponder in your own hearts on your beds, and be silent. Selah

7  I bless the Lord who gives me ^pcounsel;

in the night also my heart instructs me.¹

6  when I remember you upon my bed,

and meditate on you in the ^ewatches of the night;

6  I said,¹ “Let me remember my song in the ^znight;

let me meditate in my heart.”

Then my spirit made a diligent search:

55  I remember your name ^hin the night, O Lord,

and keep your law.

62  At midnight I rise to praise you,

because of your righteous rules.

148  My eyes are awake before the ^mwatches of the night,

that I may meditate on your promise.

5  Let the godly exult in glory;

let them sing for joy on their beds.
