Isaiah 58:13

13  “If you turn back your foot from the wSabbath,

from doing your pleasure1 on my holy day,

and call the Sabbath a delight

and the holy day of the Lord honorable;

if you honor it, not going your own ways,

or seeking your own pleasure,2 or talking idly;3

Deuteronomy 6:13

13 cIt is the Lord your God you shall fear. Him you shall serve and dby his name you shall swear.

Matthew 4:9–10

9 And he said to him, “All these I will give you, if you iwill fall down and jworship me.” 10 Then Jesus said to him, “Be gone, Satan! For it is written,

k“‘You shall worship the Lord your God

and him only shall you serve.’”

Matthew 15:4–6

4 For God commanded, o‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, p‘Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die.’ 5 But you say, ‘If anyone tells his father or his mother, “What you would have gained from me is given to God,”1 6 he need not honor his father.’ So for the sake of your tradition you have made void the word2 of God.
