4  Who has performed and done this,

calling the generations from the beginning?

I, the Lord, ^fthe first,

and with the last; ^gI am he.

10  ^f“You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord,

“and my servant whom I have chosen,

that you may know and believe me

and understand that ^gI am he.

Before me no god was formed,

nor shall there be any after me.
