11  He will tend his flock like a ^oshepherd;

he will gather the lambs in his arms;

he will carry them in his bosom,

and gently lead those that are with young.

22  Thus says the Lord God:

“Behold, I will lift up my hand to the nations,

and ^hraise my signal to the peoples;

and they shall ⁱbring your sons in their arms,¹

^jand your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders.

4  ^zLift up your eyes all around, and see;

they all gather together, they come to you;

^ayour sons shall come from afar,

^band your daughters shall be carried on the hip.

12  For thus says the Lord:

“Behold, I will extend ⁱpeace to her like a river,

and the glory of the nations like an overflowing stream;

and you shall nurse, you shall be ^jcarried upon her hip,

and bounced upon her knees.
