Isaiah 10:22–23
22 For uthough your people Israel be as the sand of the sea, only a remnant of them will return. vDestruction is decreed, overflowing with righteousness. 23 For the Lord God of hosts will make a full end, as decreed, in the midst of all the earth.
Isaiah 28:22
22 Now therefore do not scoff,
lest your bonds be made strong;
for I have heard a udecree of destruction
from the Lord God of hosts against the whole land.
